The Free Trial ("Trial") for Virtual Assistant (VA) services offered by The BOSS System is intended to provide prospective clients with a risk-free opportunity to evaluate our services. By enrolling in the Trial, you agree to the following: 

Eligibility and Intended Use. The Trial is offered only once per business entity or individual and is intended solely for the genuine evaluation of The BOSS System's services. You must be a legitimate business owner or authorized decision-maker. Use of the Trial for purposes other than legitimate service evaluation — including competitor research, data scraping, training exploitation, or unauthorized reselling — is strictly prohibited. The BOSS System reserves the unconditional right to decline, refuse, or revoke Trial access at its sole discretion without explanation. 

Trial Duration. The Trial period is defined at the time of enrollment and communicated prior to or upon acceptance. The BOSS System reserves the right to modify the Trial duration at its sole discretion with or without prior notice. 

Limitations and Conditions. Trial services are limited in scope, including hours, task types, and support levels, at The BOSS System's discretion. The Trial may be discontinued or modified at any time without prior notice and may not be combined with any other promotions or offers unless explicitly permitted in writing. 

Monitoring and Fraud Protection. The BOSS System reserves the right to monitor Trial usage to ensure compliance. If fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, or misuse is detected, The BOSS System reserves the right to terminate the Trial immediately and pursue appropriate legal or financial remedies. 

No Guarantees. While The BOSS System aims to deliver high-quality service during the Trial, no guarantees are made regarding performance, availability, or results. The Trial is offered "as-is," with no warranties, expressed or implied. 

Payment and Transition. After the Trial period concludes, continued service requires a signed service agreement and commencement of paid service. Clients must provide valid billing information prior to or at the conclusion of the Trial to avoid service interruption. 

Data Collection and Privacy. By enrolling, you acknowledge that The BOSS System may collect and retain business information provided during enrollment and the Trial. This information is used solely for eligibility evaluation, Trial service delivery, and facilitating a potential ongoing service relationship. The BOSS System will not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. 

Limitation of Liability. The BOSS System shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from use of the Trial. In no event shall The BOSS System's liability exceed the value of services delivered during the Trial period. 

Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Illinois.

Electronic Acceptance. By submitting your enrollment form, clicking "I Agree," or otherwise indicating

acceptance, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

The BOSS System reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued participation following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
